14 days to return it

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it, no questions asked.

How to make a return

1. Email us at hola@nomadawallet.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.
2. We’ll reply with the return address and the next steps.
3. Send the product back unused, in good condition and in its packaging.

Refund

We’ll refund the price of the product within 14 days of receiving your return (or of receiving your proof of shipment), using the same payment method you used.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or isn’t what you ordered.

Defective or wrong products

If your product arrives defective, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us with your order number and a few photos. We’ll send you a new one or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Warranty

All our products come with a 3-year warranty against defects, in line with Spanish consumer law (which includes and extends the EU’s 2-year legal guarantee).
