Terms of service

These terms govern purchases made in the Nómada online store (nomadawallet.com). By placing an order, you accept these terms. For any questions, you can email us at hola@nomadawallet.com.

1. Products

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Photos are for guidance and there may be slight differences in color or finish depending on your screen.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) in Europe, where they include VAT, and in US dollars ($) in the United States. Shipping is free. The applicable price is the one shown in the store when you confirm your order.

3. Orders and payment

The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation email. Payment is made at the time of purchase using the methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely and we never see or store your card details.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the rest of the European Union and the United States. Estimated delivery times and all other conditions are in our Shipping policy.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it without giving a reason. How to do it and how the refund works is explained in our Refund policy.

6. Warranty

All products come with a 3-year warranty against defects. If a product arrives defective, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us and we’ll send you a new one or refund you, at no cost to you.

7. Personal data

We process your data only to manage your order and assist you, as explained in our Privacy policy.

8. Complaints

If you have any problem, email us at hola@nomadawallet.com and we’ll solve it as soon as possible. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the consumer protection services of your country and, for purchases between EU countries, the European Consumer Centres Network.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
