Shipping policy

Free shipping

All orders ship free to:

• Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: estimated delivery in 7-10 days.
• Rest of the European Union: estimated delivery in 7-10 days.
• United States: estimated delivery in 7-10 days.

At the moment we don’t ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or to countries outside the European Union and the United States.

Processing and tracking

We start preparing your order as soon as we receive it. Once it leaves the warehouse, usually within 2-4 business days, we email you the tracking number so you can check where it is at any time. It’s normal for tracking to take a little while to show updates during the first few days.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and count from order confirmation. During busy periods (such as the holidays or sales) they may take a few extra days. If your order is running later than expected, email us and we’ll look into it with you.

Taxes and customs

For deliveries within the European Union, prices include VAT and you won’t pay anything extra on delivery. For deliveries to the United States, any import duties are covered by us: you won’t pay anything extra on delivery.

Delivery address

Please double-check your address and phone number before confirming your order. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible at hola@nomadawallet.com and we’ll do our best to correct it before it ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and photos, if it’s damaged). We’ll send you a new one or refund you, at no cost to you.
